Billing and Posting Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Investigates, analyzes, and resolves consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints

Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers

Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements and adjusts customer accounts within established limits

Required Qualifications

Experience in billing and posting processes

Ability to negotiate and resolve billing disputes

Strong analytical skills for investigating billing issues

Familiarity with consumer and commercial billing practices

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field preferred
