A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for client HR staff, addressing service questions and providing timely responses
Document, track, coordinate, and resolve client inquiries while communicating results back to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of experience in sales, sales support, implementation, benefit administration, or customer service
Experience in a sales administration role is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic knowledge of PowerPoint preferred
Knowledge of employee benefits issues and relevant legislation
