Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Finishing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure quality control of all finished products
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Develop and maintain finishing schedules to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Research and implement new finishing techniques and materials to improve product quality and efficiency
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of finishing materials and supplies
