Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

Seeking 7-10 years of Bankruptcy & Restructuring Atttorney   in Pittsburgh, PA .

The candidate should be driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving clients at all levels. Professional problem-solver and the ability to provide legal counsel on critical issues essential. Excellent organizational and project management skills needed. • 7-10 years of Bankruptcy & Restructuring ( Must have)
• Admission to Pennsylvania Bar Must have)
• Familiarity with local rules of various bankruptcy courts
• Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Portable books of business are a plus, not required.
• Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
• Will include material involvement in a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to work well with a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
