Salary : $58,700 - $63.000 annual

Responsibilities :

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients and determine necessary services.
• Prepare and document comprehensive treatment plans for clients as needed.
• Provide ongoing therapy to clients including crisis intervention.
• Deliver acceptable case productivity levels as determined by program management.
• Liaise with various stakeholders (e.g., clients, families, healthcare providers, community resources) re : client cases and ensure continual HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications :

Schedule : Full time, 40 hours a week. Hybrid schedule with remote day OR compressed schedule.

Rate of Pay : $58,700 per year or $63,000 for bilingual (Spanish / English)

This setting qualifies for student loan forgiveness.

This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
