Are you a skilled General Medicine provider seeking a flexible opportunity to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams + Separation Health Assessments? We are seeking General Medicine Providers for locum coverage across the country, with positions available near MOUNT VERNON WA.

Opportunity Details :

Availability : Need is on a PRN basis, offering flexibility to accommodate diverse schedules.

Specialties Accepted : We welcome family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or anyone with a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension exams.

Coverage Options : Choose between traveling to perform exams or scheduling appointments within your own practice, providing autonomy and flexibility.

Shift Options : Option to work days (4-hours) and / or full days (8-hours).

Exam Details : Conduct one-time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments, primarily interview-based with some physical assessment including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing. No prescribing or treatment involved.

Quick Credentialing : Expedited credentialing and onboarding process.

DMA Certification : Certification available with the opportunity to earn CME credits. Obtain certification if not already certified upon privilege.

Equipment : Own personal laptop (NO MACs) required. Training provided for all Reporting / Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).

Reporting : Submit completed DBQs within 48 hours upon exam completion, emphasizing accuracy and completion of standardized form(s) only.

Evaluation Process : Utilize the provider portal for streamlined evaluation processes.

Record Review : Active participation in record reviews required, ensuring comprehensive assessment and documentation.

Follow-Up Administrative Work : Regular follow-up administrative tasks including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics.

Providers Needed : Join a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, contributing to the collective effort to support Veterans.
