Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive / Regional Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director to drive our sales efforts on the West Coast of North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development : Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the West Coast region. Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on hunting and closing new accounts.
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Reporting : Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Use data‑driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong focus on new business development. Experience in the procurement software industry is highly preferred.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Results‑Oriented : Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Travel : Will be required to travel in the US and visit customers.
  • Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident or EAD Card Holder.
  • Must have been a part of President's Club / Winner's Circle / Achiever's Club / Platinum Club / Others.
