Our challenge

We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Developer candidate is comfortable with frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and designing frontend web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Jersey City, NJ is $105k - $112k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Java developers and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Java solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive innovation.
• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, test and deploy Java-based applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
