Allaire Crossing is seeking a maintenance assistant to join our team! Allaire Crossing is a senior living affordable housing community located in wall township, nj. We are seeking a full-time maintenance assistant to support the maintenance supervisor and provide general maintenance services for the facility and its residents, ensuring the facility is clean, free of dirt and debris and a safe and acceptable environment for the residents, staff, and visitors.

responsibilities :

• maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas of the building.
• to remove and dispose of all trash and recyclables as per the established schedule.
• respond to residents' request for service.
• to handle all cleaning chemicals in accordance with osha regulations and abide by infection control standards.
• to inspect and maintain the grounds of the facility, including general cleanup of the front walkways, side entrances, etc.
• to assist with snow removal as needed.

education and experience :

comprehensive benefits package (full time) :

full-time : 40 hours / week, wednesday - sunday (8am 4 : 30pm) pay rate : $18-20 equal opportunity employer
