Remote : Sr. Project Manager

IntePros is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join global healthcare client. This role involves developing, refining, validating, and managing project plans to ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise. The Project Manager will utilize project management methods, standards, and project integration, coordinating all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on recent experience working within Clarity.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, refine, validate, and manage project plans for major technology initiatives.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects across the enterprise.
• Utilize project management methods and standards, ensuring effective project integration.
• Coordinate all internal and external resources required for project completion.
• Provide timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues.
• Analyze processes and make recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.
• Develop project plans based on specifications from the Portfolio Management staff and manage effective execution.
• Build consensus among multiple process leads regarding project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
• Broker services with client and vendors on behalf of the represented business area.
• Provide overall financial direction for projects, managing budgets, controls, and measurements to monitor project progress.
• Identify potential project risks and proactively manage issues.
• Participate in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes, and issue escalation.
• Frequently interact with IBS staff, including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants, and other contractors.
• Travel up to 35% of the time as required.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
