Morgan Pro Services is looking for a hard-working Senior Service Tech to join our team! We are looking for experienced technicians that are ready to take their experience and skills to the next level and help us fulfill our vision of being the single-source supplier for our clients' needs.

We are a locally owned AC, heating, electric, and remodeling company, providing superior services in Houston, Texas and the surrounding metro. Our referral-driven, family-centered culture provides personalized customer care, delivering the best results for each client's unique situation.
Our Mission : To provide the highest level of service, in a timely manner and at a fair price to our valued clients.
Primary Job Function
To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. Provide training, technical guidance, and mentoring for junior service technicians.
Position Details
- Work Hours : 40+ hours per week plus some on-call and weekend work
- Pay : Up to $40.00 / hr depending on experience plus Commission, Incentives, and Rewards available
- Office Location : Near Highway 290 and I-610
