Bilingual Hr Generalist
We are partnering with a leading agricultural company to find a Bilingual HR Generalist. This role will primarily drive the full-cycle Talent Acquisition strategy for both field and corporate positions and manage all Employee Relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive environment within the unique demands of the Ag industry. Responsibilities include serving as the primary partner for the leadership team and employees, focusing on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company values. Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws through policy management, accurate HRIS maintenance, and advisory support for managers on performance matters. Drive HR excellence by tracking key metrics. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for operational roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with TA team and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages is a must! A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or similar field or related field experience in lieu of a degree. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations. 2+ years of progressive HR experience. Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and policy development and implementation preferred. Experience in agricultural or manufacturing environments is a plus. Familiarity with ADP is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and independent with a proven ability to take initiative.
Salary $60k and above, depending on experience. Relocation Assistance available.
