Recommended qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE), and active licensure in Florida. At least one year of clinical experience is suggested, along with strong adaptability, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in a variety of settings such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, schools, and nursing homes is valuable.
