Senior Financial Advisor | New Hampshire

A well-established Wealth Management firm with a rich history and strong ties to New Hampshire is in search of a Senior Financial Advisor. This individual will concentrate on serving the Lakes Region, assuming a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing current client relationships, while also contributing significantly to expanding the firm's existing client base.

Responsibilities :

Maintain an existing book of business, deepening the relationships within

Prospect for new clients through referrals, seminars, and community involvement

Streamline complex financial ideas for clients by showcasing a clear grasp of concepts and planning principles

Discuss clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, and any other necessary information needed for crafting financial plans

Utilize financial planning software to deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients

Maintain a regular presence in assigned banking offices

Work with branch and business partners to identify referral candidates

Develop branch referral activities and conduct regular training meetings

Develop cadence for ongoing communication with COI's

Serve on one local non-profit board

Requirements : Bachelor's degree

5+ years of financial advising / planning experience

Series 7, 63, 65 / 66 and life / accident / health insurance licenses, CFP preferred

Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance in investment services industry

Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products / services

Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients

This role will have a generous base salary and production bonus potential.
