General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented General Manager to lead the operations of our growing custom Cabinetry and Millwork division. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including p&l, sales, estimating, drafting, project management and team management. This individual will play a key role in driving profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with vendors, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities for the General Manager :
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations, including sales, estimating, drafting, project management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Lead, train, and develop employees across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence and meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements of the General Manager :
