Job Description :

Pay Range : $71hr - $77hr

Responsibilities :

• Uncover user experience goals, needs, and priorities, and deliver actionable research that impacts solutions, coordinate multiple projects to completion, and drive adoption of user experience practices in the organization.
• Run research studies from start to finish, including developing a realistic research plan and materials, coordinating study launches, and analyzing & synthesizing data into actionable insights.
• ssess a project's scope, determine appropriate research and study questions, and identify appropriate methods, clearly communicating reasoning to the approach.
• dvocate for employees by articulating research findings and product ideas through clear and insightful presentations and work directly with design and technical teams to realize the recommendations.
• Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
