SQL DBA Lead

A company is looking for a SQL DBA Lead to oversee the performance, reliability, and scalability of enterprise-level SQL Server environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the SQL DBA team, managing priorities and day-to-day operations

Monitor and optimize database performance, availability, and security across environments

Plan and manage database upgrades, patching, migrations, and maintenance

Required Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise SQL Server environments

Proficiency in scripting and automation using T-SQL and PowerShell

Proven experience leading DBA teams and managing high-availability infrastructures

Expertise in MSSQL Server administration and disaster recovery planning

Experience in SQL Server patching, version upgrades, and migrations
