Events And Volunteer Program Coordinator

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Events And Volunteer Program Coordinator. Under the supervision of the Events And Volunteer Program Manager, the Events And Volunteer Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting in planning and implementing all aspects of DonorConnect's event programming, including but not limited to the Celebration of Life Gathering, Donate Life Month events, and assists with cross-functional and interdepartmental events between races, hospital services, and community outreach. Coordinates projects, schedules, and assists in the process of interviewing, recruiting, and recognizing the organization's volunteers in the volunteer program.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate's degree and / or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Completes UServe Utah Volunteer Management Certification within one year of hiring
• Minimum of two years of experience planning and executing large and small group events preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience coordinating volunteers preferred
