Total compensation for the Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina is between $200,000 and $250,000.

Regional Vice President of Construction Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for P&LResponsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to ownerManage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followedEnsure all projects are running safely, effectively and on scheduleSchedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestonesEnsure quality control throughout projectTravel to projects, as neededRegional Vice President of Construction Qualifications
Great job history stability, no more than 2 jobs in the last 10 yearsConstruction Management experience overseeing mechanical / HVAC and electrical.Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractorProven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractorKnowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & lossAbility to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirementsProject experience must include large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projectsSuccessful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and moreMust be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving recordMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred but Not Necessary
Journeyman License
