Overview

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next National Service to Sales Director . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

The Service to Sales Director is responsible for utilizing data to ensure the Sales to Service process is consistently used to maximize service to sales opportunities. The Sales to Service Director will work with Napleton’s 50 dealership locations : developing process, training and ensuring the sales to service process is maximized.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize data mined from Auto Alert, Auto Quote, and CDK to work with dealerships to identify service to sales opportunities.
  • Create and implement best practices to maximize Sales to Service opportunities
  • Work with vendors to ensure on-going training and development of leadership and Sales to Service team members in the dealerships
  • Work with dealership General Managers to ensure Sales to Service processes are implemented and consistently utilized.
  • Job Requirements

  • 5 + years of Service to Sales experience at a large automotive group or relevant vendor
  • Tech savvy, able to mine data from tools such as Auto Alert and Auto Quote
  • Professional verbal / written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
