RN Clinical Manager Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Denver North Visits office in Broomfield, CO . As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Office Location : 2095 W. 6th Avenue Suite 210 Broomfield, CO 80020 Duties Of a Clinical Manager Include

• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
• Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
• Monitoring quality assurance.
• Managing staff productivity, and overall case management.
• This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary. Qualifications
• An active Colorado or Compact Registered Nurse license.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• HCHB a plus.
• Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Acute, med / surge, and / or sub-acute experience preferred / required. Highlights
