Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 12 weeks to 5 years. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our students, ensuring their safety and well-being while encouraging their love for learning.

• Responsibilities
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on development milestones.
• Employ effective behavior management techniques to maintain a respectful and orderly classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum that incorporates math, literacy, and other essential skills.
• Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Support childrens individual needs through tailored activities and interventions.
• Experience
• Proven experience working with young children in daycare or educational settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other child-centered educational philosophies is a plus.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation is highly desirable.
• Understanding of standardized testing processes as they relate to early childhood education is beneficial.
• 2500 Documented hours in child care or human service field
