Job description

Are you a  Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)  with a passion for  advanced wound care , a  love for travel , and a  commitment to compassionate healing ?

Your Role

  • Travel to various states as needed to provide advanced wound care
  • Deliver expert in-home patient care
  • Independently perform history and physical exams
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic & non-pharmacologic treatments
  • Ensure compliance with Mendota Health policies, state regulations, and federal standards
  • Maintain documentation within 24 hours of visits

    • What Were Looking For

  • NP or PA license (Required)
  • 1+ years of wound care experience (Preferred)
  • Background in adult, family, or geriatric care (Preferred)
  • Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
