Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Command and Control Integration Analyst assists the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands by serving within the 5th MEB task area.  The position’s primary mission involves assisting in the conduct of tactical level command and control of Marine Corps forces within CENTCOM’s AOR in Bahrain.  The Command and Control Integration Analysis Services directly conducts planning in support of contingencies, exercises, and executes Naval Integration actions, including providing expert analysis and support for integrating Joint and Service specific C2 systems to ensure the efficient execution of MARCENT OAMS tasks.  The Command and Control Integration Analyst will perform the following duties :

  • Provide command and control systems integration and support Analysis services
  • Organize and synthesize video displays, links, and access points to provide rapid access to a broad spectrum of C2 systems.
  • Support Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Intelligence Operations System (IOS), Joint Tactical Command and Control Workstation (JTCW), Video Teleconference Systems, Palantir, BICES, CENTRIX, SIPR, NIPR, Chat Surfer, Agile Client, CIDNE, SharePoint portals, and relevant JADC2 derived systems.
  • Education

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience

    Minimum ten years of military experience.

  • Experience in command and control (C2) systems integration and support, particularly within a military or defense context, demonstrating expertise in both Joint and Service-specific C2 systems.
  • Experience managing and analyzing data from various C2 systems to contribute to the Common Intel / Common Operational Picture (COP).
  • Experience organizing and synthesizing video displays, links, and access points for C2 systems to facilitate rapid and efficient decision-making and operational support.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Possess expert level knowledge on the effective use of Command and Control (C2) Systems.
  • Possess a complete knowledge and ability to manage the Joint and Service specific C2 systems data output that contribute to the Common Intel / Common Operational Picture.
  • Advanced proficiency with groupware applications (SharePoint, MS Teams) and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.
  • Additional Information

  • Travel is required.
  • Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
  • Maintain compliance with current DoD IAT certification Level 1 or above or SEC+ certified and have a Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+.  Cyber Security Workforce Certification of Security+ is required by the Marine Corps Enterprise Networks for administrator credentials, which are required to operate the Commands systems.
  • Required to sit for extended periods and maintain focus.
  • Ability to obtain or have a security clearance.
