Job Description

• Lead and manage daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and the internal team to resolve any issues or delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, identifying potential problems early and providing solutions.
• Ensure project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders, is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Work on large-scale multifamily developments with budgets exceeding $100M, as well as commercial office park projects.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record as a superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes specific to Florida.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
• Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects, including multifamily developments and commercial office parks.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances on-site.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
