Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Post-operative patients from craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery patients.Patients involved with our Comprehensive Stroke Program.Your Role :
Deliver and coordinate high-quality, evidence-based patient care.Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care.Utilize clinical judgment, communication skills, and critical thinking to support patient outcomes.Promote a positive patient experience throughout their care journey.Responsibilities Include :
Assessing patient needs and creating customized care plans.Recognizing changes in patient conditions and adapting care as necessary.Ensuring patient safety and minimizing risks.Coordinating discharge plans collaboratively.Participating in quality improvement initiatives.Requirements :
Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Completion of an accredited Nursing program.Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Skills Needed :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to make critical decisions independently.Organizational and time management skills.Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.This position requires physical capability to perform the duties outlined, including lifting, bending, and mobility.
