Compensation Analyst I - Remote

At Tailored Brands, we're rebuilding the compensation practice and evolving how we make pay decisions. We're looking for an Excel savvy individual that has experience in compensation (Retail is a PLUS!). In this role, you'll be able to develop your compensation skillset from everything to job descriptions, base pay, and both short- and long-term incentives. This role can be 100% remote anywhere in the US.

Responsibilities Deliver Consultative Analytics and Administer Pay Programs

• Provide detailed analysis on existing programs and proposed new / adjusted programs
• Support the administration of the company's pay programs, including : base salary, promotion and adjustment increase process, short- and long-term incentive programs
• Partner on driving a consistent job evaluation and leveling process
• Participate in annual salary surveys and analysis to deliver against market pay data requests
