Pay Information $2,747 per week About The Position Job Title : Infusion Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Infusion Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 10 Experience : Minimum of 2 years of infusion experience. License : Client License in hand. Certifications : BLS, Chemotherapy certification preferred. Must-Have : - ONS / ONCC chemotherapy certification preferred. - Oncology experience preferred. Description : Start date is subject to change based on nursing education availability. Local travel is defined as within 75 miles of the facility. Previous charge experience is preferred. Patient ratio experience is required. Experience with charting systems is required. Charting system used is Epic. Qualifications include : administration of chemotherapy, body fluid handling post-chemotherapy, intravenous push administration of chemotherapy, administration of coagulation factors, antifungals, antivirals, and blood and blood product management. Care and management of ports, infusion pump management, and intravenous hydration / multivitamins are also required. Other skills include PICC line care, starting and maintaining IVs, and administering antibiotics. Scheduling is self-managed with no weekend shifts required. Daily census on the unit is 72 with 22 rooms. Interdisciplinary support services are available. Patient age groups served are adults.
