Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is looking for a “ HR Admin ” based out of Ann Arbor, MI .
Duration : Long Term Contract(Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate : $24 / hr
Responsibilities :
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee emails and phone calls pertaining to HR matters, resolving most cases within 24hrs
- Open and close out HR tickets in Service Now
- Provide tier 1 support for HR applications, benefits, compensation, staffing and learning
- Enter and audit employee hires and data changes in Workday
- Conduct mini new hire orientation, including I-9 form and other related documents with employee
- Schedule and create courses in the Learning Management System
- Process terminations and conduct exit interviews
- Generate reports from various HR systems
- Maintain employee files
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, less than 1 year experience required.
