Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse for an exciting Travel or Local job in Aldie VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to students including assessment treatment and monitoring of health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to healthcare plans and protocols.
• Assist with student health screenings immunization tracking and maintaining accurate health records.
• Respond promptly to student health emergencies providing first aid and coordinating further care as needed.
• Collaborate with school nurses teachers parents and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized health plans.
• Support health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Maintain a safe clean and confidential healthcare environment in accordance with school policies.
• Document nursing care and communicate effectively with the school health team.
