We’re seeking a Consulting Partner to join our Enterprise Solutions practice, focused on driving business growth, managing key client relationships, leading major engagements, and ensuring exceptional outcomes aligned with our clients’ strategic objectives.
Qualifications :
- Deep understanding of technology and the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to lead business development and sales initiatives for large-scale global business transformation programs enabled by SAP S / 4HANA.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to advise executives on ERP solutions that optimize return on investment.
- Demonstrated capability to communicate the business value of ERP-enabled transformation programs.
- Skilled at working with C-level executives while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams and client organizations.
- Experience leading steering committee meetings, project team meetings, and workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Proven success in guiding internal teams to create accurate and differentiated project approaches, estimates, and timelines that align with client requirements.
- Minimum of three (3) full lifecycle ERP implementations as a Program Manager, including multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
- At least five (5) years of experience in proposal development and business case creation.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience, with a focus on transformational programs.
- Experience managing large teams (50+ members) and leveraging global delivery models.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
