Overview
Description : Under the direction of the Founder / President, the Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) is accountable for designing and optimizing the right processes, and oversight of operational teams, leadership teams, and executive management. The CIO is responsible for introducing new technology methodologies to make innovation faster and more effective. Establish an effective opportunity discovery process while sustaining and managing changes within the organization, driving revenue and profit growth. This role involves identifying emerging trends, developing strategic innovation initiatives, and integrating cutting-edge solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support best practices and introduce processes that encourage creative thinking. Promote an innovation-friendly culture and champion change management.
- Develop skills through an “empowered workforce” training lens to strengthen the executive team on the skills they need in developing and applying measures to track improvements in the skills underpinning them.
- Support business units in new product and service initiatives by acting as a methodology expert and facilitator for ways to enforce critical innovation, supporting them in “raising the bar” of their aspirations. Define project outlines, manage budgets, and secure funding for innovation projects.
- Identifying new market spaces by analyzing trends and market disruptions, searching for emerging new partners and collaboration opportunities. In some cases build capabilities with creative new technical and people-driven modalities to ensure a steady stream of development through the launch of new arts-based learning products, services, and business models.
- Evaluate success and monitor current and upcoming projects, programs, and processes.
- Foster collaboration through culture creation that encourages collaboration and idea generation. Develop a Strategic Innovation Roadmap a comprehensive innovation roadmap that aligns with the organization's long-term strategic goals.
- Build & establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, employees, and potential partners Develop and oversee an internal innovation ecosystem that promotes growth and sustainability.
Requirements
Ability to remain poised and flexible in a demanding or fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain a high standard of decorum and professionalism, acting as a representative for the President, President’s Office, LTYC ARTS, LLC and LTYC.Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the capacity to pay specific attention to details. High personal standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity are a must, as is the ability to function independently and as a team member.Knowledge of standard business formats for correspondence, narrative reports, and related materials.Job Bulletin Internet, Microsoft Office software and Google applications.Excellent communication skills, which includes the ability to express oneself verbally; the ability to compose correspondence; and knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
