Healthcare Realty is a publicly traded real estate investment trust specializing in medical office properties nationwide. We are seeking a Lease Administrator to join our corporate team in Nashville. This role is responsible for coordinating the lease administration process for our nationwide portfolio of assets. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

Review leases and accurately translate data into accounting system

Process billing and billing adjustments as needed

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure occupancy data is correct

Maintain and update the leasing repository

Assist with additional assignments and special projects as required

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent computer proficiency and time management abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

College degree preferred

Prior experience in lease administration or real estate a plus
