About the Role

The Company is seeking a President for its Central Region, who will be the senior executive responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of hospital and community-based healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will lead the Central Region's strategic planning and execution, ensuring alignment with the company's enterprise goals. This role involves overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, including quality, safety, financial performance, and patient experience. The President will also be tasked with building and sustaining strong relationships with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative leaders, as well as championing initiatives that improve access, equity, and outcomes across urban and rural communities. Candidates for the President position should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 7-10 years of executive leadership experience in a complex, integrated healthcare system. Preferred qualifications include experience within a multi-hospital or regional structure and a proven track record of leading acute care hospital operations with a focus on performance excellence. The role requires deep knowledge of healthcare delivery models, regulatory environments, and emerging trends in population health, digital transformation, and value-based care. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, experience with budget development, and a background in working with or reporting to a board of trustees. Additionally, the President should be adept at fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and have a proven ability to lead organizational transformation and integration of service lines to support system-wide strategic goals.
