About the Position

Specialty : RN - Med Surg Cardiac

Experience : 1-2+ years in medical-surgical and / or cardiac nursing

License : Active State or Compact RN License

Certifications : BLS - AHA required, ACLS preferred

Must-Have : Strong cardiac monitoring skills, experience with telemetry, post-op cardiac patients, and cardiac medications

Description : The RN on the Med Surg Cardiac unit provides care for patients with cardiac conditions, including arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-procedure recovery. Responsibilities include cardiac monitoring, medication administration, patient education, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
