Full support of subspecialty practice growth Building to 6 full-time surgeons Supports one hospital in one clinic Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out Hospitalist team admits ALL patients, Ortho is a consulting service OR : Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot Catchment Area : 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME / AOA programs Watertown, itself, is a small city with big city amenities. Outside city limits, the area opens to large tracts of land offering rural or semi-rural living options. One can embrace open space, fresh air, pure water, organic living and Mother Nature at her Best. Watertown offers close proximity to Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River 1000 Islands regions, Adirondack Mountains and showcases an abundance of options for recreational activities. There is ease of access to urban areas and a 40-minute drive takes one to the Canadian border crossing. A nearby airport provides American Airline connections via small jet services, as well as opportunity for recreational aviation. Orthopedics Opportunity : Watertown, NY Benefits
- Annual salary : guarantee $685,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model) Year 1
- Signing bonus : $100,000
- Education Loan repayment : $20,000 each year
- Relocation expense reimbursement : $20,000
- 4-year contract
