Kelly Engineering, in partnership with our customer, is seeking an RF Applications Engineer to support customer-facing technical solutions in RF / microwave interconnect systems. This role involves working closely with customers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions across military, aerospace, wireless communications, and industrial markets.

Provide on-site technical support and training

Assist in quoting, cost analysis, and product configuration

Support marketing and documentation efforts including technical papers and data sheets

Travel : 25–40%

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
