Job descriptionSchedule : Wednesday Tuesday block, 10 hours / day Inpatient Load : 2 patients / day Urgent Care : patients / day (variable) Same Day Clinic : 8 10 appointments per half-day Available On-Site : Suturing, Undisplaced Fractures, Local Block / IV Emergency / Urgent Care Lab, X-ray, Ultrasound (3x / week), Pharmacy, EKG Not Performed : Deliveries, Prenatal / Postnatal, Cesarean Sections, Major / Minor Surgery, Epidurals Specialty Services : On-site : Behavioral Health, Dental, Emergency, Rheumatology (telemedicine) Referred : Pediatrics, OBGYN, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Endocrinology, Podiatry, Pathology, Urology 100% American Indian / Alaska Native Languages : Many older patients speak only Hopi or Navajo; interpreters often needed Board Certification : Family Practice or Internal Medicine Licensure : Active, unrestricted license and DEA (any U.S. state / territory) Certifications : BLS, ACLS (PALS optional) Immunizations : MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Influenza, COVID Experience : Recent inpatient and outpatient experience; no practice lapse > Commitment to rural, Tribal, and underserved healthcare Compassionate, mission-driven approach Interest in social medicine and dynamic healthcare models Malpractice coverage (including tail) Local housing and car rental Competitive compensation Flexible career options (domestic / international rotation) Supportive community of social medicine practitioners Arc Health : Social benefit healthcare enterprise focused on underserved communities NativeArc : Joint venture with Native American Healthcare Solutions; Native American and woman-owned business
