Mortgage Loan Accounting AVP

A company is looking for an Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Loan Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Mortgage Loan Accounting & Reporting Center of Excellence, overseeing governance and reporting

Ensure accurate processing of all mortgage loan transactions and oversee Clearwater loan processing

Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance reconciliation, data validation, and reporting workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

8+ years of accounting experience focused on mortgage loans or structured lending

Deep knowledge of multi-basis reporting (GAAP, STAT, Bermuda SFS, EBS)

Experience with Clearwater Analytics and SAP preferred

Proven leadership in SOX / internal controls design and compliance for loan accounting
