Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Epic experience to join our dynamic ICU team. This role involves caring for critically ill patients in various settings, including neuro / trauma SICU, MICU, CPS / VICU, CCU, and a progressive critical care unit (PCCU). The ideal candidate will have experience floating to different ICUs and be comfortable managing ICU / PCC patients in both the Emergency Department (ED) and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) while awaiting bed placement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients across multiple units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Provide support to patients and families during critical healthcare experiences.
