Our law firm client is hiring a Legal E-Billing Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC!!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and finalize client invoices in accordance with firm and client guidelines
- Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure accurate time and expense entries
- Monitor and follow up on unsubmitted or missing time entries
- Ensure compliance with client billing arrangements, including alternative fee agreements and e-Billing requirements
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- A minimum of 7 years of billing experience in law firm or professional services environment
