Fabletics is looking for an Art Director.
How Do You Fit In?
The Art Director will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of graphic design, including typography, graphic treatments, and visual consistency across all channels at Fabletics.
Key responsibilities include overseeing design on all campaigns ensuring the highest quality standards and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and creative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and a passion for design.
This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on executing designs across various channels, including eCom, emails, social media, Retail, Events, print, and more. The Art Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables meet Fabletics creative and business objectives.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Creative and will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality and innovative visuals.
What You Will Do :
- Design and execute high-quality graphics for all offline and online channels, including Ecom, social media, emails, Retail, Events and more.
- Ownership of typography, graphic, packaging, and print design.
- Strong communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with creative leads, design, visual merchandising, and marketing.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine projects.
- Lead team of senior and junior designers, providing leadership and guidance on career growth, technique and creative processes.
- Partner with Copy and Creative Directors to ensure all materials align and deliver a cohesive message.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs remain fresh, relevant, and innovative.
- Provide hands-on support for all stages of the design process, from concept to execution.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $110,000-$140,000 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
