Job Summary :

The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product suite, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful execution from concept to launch. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and hands-on product management expertise. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering or software development, with at least 10 years of experience in engineering and product management.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Vision :

• Define and articulate the vision and strategy for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Product Development :

Translate high-level business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories.

Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to prioritize and deliver features on time and within scope.

Drive the product development lifecycle, from ideation to release, including roadmap creation, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure product alignment with market demands and customer needs.

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Technical Expertise :

Leverage your background in engineering or software development to contribute to technical discussions and evaluate feasibility.

Ensure product designs meet technical requirements, scalability, and performance standards.

Leadership and Mentorship :

Mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a culture of innovation and excellence within the product management team.

Serve as a thought leader and advocate for product management best practices.

Qualifications : Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

10+ years of experience in product management, including experience in engineering or software development roles.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software and / or hardware products.

Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred :

Experience in healthcare technology or a related industry.

Knowledge of AI, IoT, or sensor technologies.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $145,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
