Responsibilities will include :
Answering main line phones and greeting visitors coming in to the office
Processing and maintaining onboarding for all candidates (i.e. candidate I-9 verifications and ordering of : degree verifications, drug screenings, skills testing, etc)
First point of contact for temp employee time reporting and payroll
Verification all onboarding paperwork for payroll has been completed
Reviewing and processing weekly time sheets for temp and contract employees
Timely and accurately delivery of weekly payroll numbers to payroll provider
Processing of weekly payroll numbers to management
Prepare and maintain related payroll records including employment verifications
Processing and timely filing of all unemployment claims
General administrative support
Maintaining appearance of office and kitchen areas
Qualifications :
College degree or some college hours preferred; high school diploma required
Professional, customer service driven, self-directed, strong work ethic, strong communicator, attention to detail
Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
