Job Title : Architect

Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for creating building designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skill, and project management to ensure successful project delivery. They will be working on sites across several states including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Illinois.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
• Develop conceptual design ideas and create detailed drawings and specifications
• Work closely with the construction team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design documents and safety codes
• Modify designs throughout the project to address any challenges or changes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues on the ground
• Prepare project documentation, including construction documents, drawings, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

This is a fully on-site position in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Work Environment
