Superintendents are leaders, coaches, and lead facilitators of project excellence. With a commitment to quality and safety, our Superintendents play a pivotal role in the success of every project, serving as the cornerstone for accomplishment.

Qualifications :

• Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and / or Commercial projects.
• Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.
• Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions.
• Encourage and guide your team to accomplish their goals.
• Using MS Project, establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.
• Update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.
• Provide weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards.
• Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
