A company is looking for a Zoho Specialist (Project-based) to optimize and automate their CRM and business operations.Key Responsibilities : Customize and improve Zoho CRM processes for efficient data managementAutomate invoice generation, quote management, lead tracking, and sales reportingDesign and implement custom reporting dashboards for sales performance insightsRequired Qualifications : Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Specialist, Zoho Developer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Zoho One Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.)Ability to design custom reports and dashboardsExperience in e-commerce or manufacturing industries is preferredBasic knowledge of QuickBooks and financial data integration is a plus
