Lexicon Data Analyst

The Lexicon Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within our reporting, analytics, and software solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, implementing data quality standards, and optimizing data processes to support informed decision-making across the organization.

  • This is a Permanent (Hybrid), Full-time opportunity. Remote and 1099 / C2C employees will not be considered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on marketing data.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Dax, SQL, Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric to manage and integrate data from various sources, including Google Analytics and CRM Systems, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Validate the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data used in critical reports, ensuring alignment with source systems and data models.
  • Develop and maintain detailed procedures for both manual and automated data validation checks.
  • Identify and document data anomalies, discrepancies, and integrity issues, ensuring quick resolution and tracking.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key data quality metrics such as accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop visual process maps using tools such as Visio or Figma, clearly outlining workflows and key decision points.
