We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description : Data Engineer

• Strong experience in SQL - Minimum of 7yrs.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Bricks, ADLS (Azure Data Lake Store), PySpark, Azure SQL, Python, SSIS
• Primary skill set would be SQL + AWS Python with ETL as "Nice to Have".
• Experience in ETL jobs
• Identify performance bottlenecks in existing environment and refine / rewrite in Stored Procedure
• Experience is problem solving, analysis of ETL jobs, identify which one should be in ETL Vs Stored Procedure and convert them
• Experience in addressing performance issues in SQL / ETL and use creativity to find solutions to improve performance
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with technical / non-technical audiences
• Participate in project planning sessions to analyze business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution
• Participate in design reviews and provide input to design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information / data flow
• Document detailed application specifications; translate technical requirements into programmed application modules; and develop and enhance software application modules
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications. Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues.
