Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance : Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Invoice Processing : Review invoices and vendor bills for accuracy, prepare payment requests, and ensure timely processing.

Data Entry & Reporting : Enter and update financial data, generate reports, and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.

Reconciliation : Reconcile bank and credit card statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.

Audit Support : Assist with financial audits by organizing and providing required documentation and records.

Administrative Support : Manage filing systems for financial and operational records, schedule meetings, and assist with correspondence and office organization.

General Assistance : Support the team with other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

Experience : 0-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields; exposure to administrative work is a plus.

Skills :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with accounting software is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
